Terms of Service

Kedola / 客多啦 is a customer relationship management platform operated by 深圳市汉德新技术科技有限公司. These terms describe the service and its user-controlled data features.

Service

Kedola supports customer and business work in CRM. Its optional Gmail connection receives and reads customer-email context after your authorization. It does not send, compose, modify or delete Gmail messages. Your Google account and authorization remain subject to Google's own terms and consent controls.

Account and authorization

Only authorized users should connect a mailbox and manage customer data. You are responsible for using Kedola with data you are permitted to access and for protecting access to your account. Available features and permissions are presented in the product.

Your data controls

You can disconnect Gmail to stop future access; this does not remove previously imported CRM history. Authorized administrators may export or clear customer data, and account deletion includes customer and business data deletion. Destructive actions require product permissions and re-authentication safeguards. The Privacy Policy explains the data categories and controls in more detail.
